In consideration for your agreement to the terms and conditions contained here, MIND grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site. You may download material from the Site only for Your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, publish, commercially exploit or otherwise transfer any material. The burden of determining that use of any information, software or any other content on the Site is permissible rests with You.
Limitation of Use.
You may use Site for legal purposes only. Choice of Law/Forum Selection.
The Site is hosted by MIND on computing resources located in Orange County, California. If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, if any, and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree that billing and registration information you provide on the Site will be accurate and complete.
