• The U.S. is ranked 12th among 19 industrialized countries surveyed for math performance of fourth grade students.
• The U.S. is ranked 28th among 40 countries surveyed for practical mathematics proficiency of 15-year-olds.
• California is 37th among states surveyed for fourth grade math achievement.

A Solution Based on Research and Quantified Results

In response to these challenges, the MIND Research Institute has developed the revolutionary ST Math+Music™ education process, which is based on more than 30 years of brain and learning research at the University of California, Irvine. ST Math+Music combines non-language based computer math games with specialized piano training to teach K-5 students problem-solving skills and dramatically increase their scores on standardized math tests.
